Mobile Active Radio drain

Hi all, loving this phone so far but main issue is when not on my Wifi. On Wifi, this thing is great in terms of battery life, could easily get 5 hours SoT at home. However, the issue raises when on network? If I go into battery management, all apps consume in the background "Mobile Active Radio" and I believe it to be my main problem when it comes to my battery, as it won't last outside. My signal is fine also when at work. Does anyone have an idea for a fix? I really don't want to have to enter each app and force stop it, that is one hell of a pain.
