When answering/rejecting a call screen....

Does anyone else constantly hit either reject or answer by accident all the time? It's supposed to be a slide to answer, slide to reject option but it reacts simply to just touching either button and it's driving me insane. I previously had a moto x and that you had to actually slide to answer or reject and it wouldn't react to simply touching the button. Any fixes?

Mine requires a slide. I wonder if it's a setting in the phone area. I'll have to check.

If you go to Settings - accessibility there is a feature called Single tap mode, if it's on it does that and other things.
