Sure; try the app Home Button Launcher https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dynamicg.homebuttonlauncher Even though the app description cautions use with Samsung, I can say it works perfectly for me on my S6. I just tried it with Voice Search and it works too. The app lets you select any or several apps to open. If you want to use only one app, there's a setting to allow that. (I'm using Nova launcher)
