Well, you could reinstall the apps from the Play Store. You could also see if Smart Switch will do what you want.

Usually all the data is on the bank's server, so just install the apps. If there are apps that keep data on the phone, you can use Helium to transfer the data after you've installed the app on the S6. (It's also a good way to keep data backed up. Back up anything that changes [backing up the data from one app takes a few seconds] and you can back the carbon folder [that's Helium's folder name] to your computer and cloud account for safekeeping. Phones can be replaced - data can't be.)
