In the process of chopping down the settings options, Samsung took away some handy tools, here's two apps that I found in the play store that provide access to these functions once again.

1. Galaxy button lights - it allows you turn off the button lights

2. Multi Window toggle for Samsung,
Gets rid of the multi window function that I often activate by mistake.

I don't have that option on my phone. To be honest I don't even remember anymore how I turned the lights off on my phone without downloading any apps but I did xd

This app allows you to turn off multi window. Handy if you never use it but keep activating it by accident.

Some carriers removed the duration option...ridiculous. T-Mobile did which is surprising as they left everything else as close to the international version as you can (no branding, menus).
There is an app in Google Play called "Galaxy button lights". Works genuinely.

You would think that there would be certain features left untouched by carriers. Can't think of a reason to exclude it from a carrier perspective.

I wish I could remember how I turned off the lights on my buttons because I definitely turned off the lights and I dont have that option either nor did I download an app. This is what you get for setting up a phone when you are sick xd
