No data service when wifi is off

I'm just starting to have this issue as when my wifi is turned off I have no data service however I can only make and receive calls. I notice the signal for my reception bar is full however I it doesn't say 4g or anything at all next to it. I restarted the phone, drove to different locations same issue. I think this started from yesterday. I want to see if anyone have any suggestions before I actually call tmobile. I also checked my mobile data setting, seems to be set correctly and it's on. Attach is a photo of signal and no data works.

Ok, I ended up calling T-mobile. My mobile data was turned off. Don't know how that happened. Apparently I was looking in the wrong section/settings to see if it was on or off. I was looking under mobile networks rather then under data usage.
