How do I use custom ringtones as a message tone?

I have a galaxy6. I'd like to use the same custom ringtone for message tones for my special peeps. How do i copy, or download, a custom ringtone to message tone?

Try looking at the app called Zedge on the Play Store. It might have what you want.

I use an app called "ringtone maker". Your ringtones show up in the app's file and can be moved to messages, alarms etc. Also a great app for editing your tones.

Just copy the ringtones you have into the notifications folder. Then when you go to select the message tone in contacts, they will be there.
