Incoming and missed call logs and Message problems on Samsung S6
Hi all - have had my Samsung Galaxy S6 a week now and I have noticed that when someone calls, that call shows up on the screen but isnt then shown up on the incoming or missed calls log. All that is shown in the log are outgoing calls. How do i get the incoming and missing logs to show? Am also having problems with text messages- the phone makes a noise to say a text has been received, but there is no record of it in the Messages box. Is there anything I can do to make these show up? Many thanks for any light you can shed on these issues.....
