Charging Issue

I'm using the fast charger that came wth my s6, all of a sudden outta nowhere when I try to charge, at frst the phone went off nd strtd charging as when it goes off just showing the battery Meter it filled up to 99% nd again restarted nd kept repeating

ND nw when I switched on my phone frst nd tried using another usual Samsung charger. It says dock is connected at tyms nd says charger connected at the same time nd keep making noises as it makes when a charger is connected. It sucks... If I connect my charger it keeps reconnecting! In between my home screen went upside down when I held my phone upside down just like when we use screen rotation!

If anyone's free, please help me out!
