Why is the GS6 cell standby 5.1.1 so horrible?

Gs6 cell standby 5.1.1

Okay so I've been blogging researching testing ect for over a week now and this is seriously a joke the cell standby is horrible I've cleared cache pardon got a replacement phone not just me but I just want to know if anyone else has suggestions I have eliminated the bug down to Wi-Fi 100% if I turn my Wi-Fi off cell standby I will diminish sometimes even disapear at most idol between 2 and 4% it is definitely a Wi-Fi bug any suggestions I have Comcast I use their dual band routers but don't reahlly matter if I use my stuff I'm at a buddies house..Verizon network if it matters...I'll post battery pic and single pic as well just click the link for my folder on Google plus I'll make the folder public ty

1. In WiFi settings turn 'keep WiFi on during sleep' to --->only when plugged in

This has been my battery life so far today. I have downloaded both Greenify and Doze and have them both running (want think of the word I am after xd)

Edit: activated. That's the word I was looking for xd

Yea I have WiFi set up like that and I have noticed cell standby hits the fan when my phone is off the charger all night the cell standby goes up alot over night so I'm fully charged I put doze on and hoping for the best when I get up for work at 6:35 am will let yall no. I've done so much searching on this something has to help for real lol
