why do i keep losing service every time i use wifi?

i just got this phone its a Samsung galaxy s6 from e passion.
every time i use something that deals with the internet i lose cell service,I've had to reboot my phone multiple times I've had to take out the battery and ill get service for maybe 5 mins and then i lose it again. can someone please help me! its absolutely irritating

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that if you turn on wi-fi, you can't make voice calls? It sounds like a defective phone. Bring it back to the store and ask for a replacement.

Ya, agreed, starting to wonder if a lot of these guest accounts are just hidden spam. Notice he mentioned that he got the phone from e passion.
Seems overtime I see a guest post it's something that makes no sense.

D'oh! I think I was reading it as saying, "I can't take out the battery."

Another possibility is that it's a counterfeit (and a really bad one at that).
