Hi,
I noticed that the pictures from my S6 looked strange, with a sort of lens flare, and noticed the glass cover on the camera was broken. The pictures were still in focus, but just had a strange lens flare effect.
I took off the glass cover for the camera, thinking that it would get rid of the lens flare and let me take pictures. I can order a piece of the glass cover and fit it tomorrow.
Now I have taken off the glass cover, the pictures just won't focus.
My question is, is the glass cover actually a lens and therefore required for the camera to focus properly, or, is it just a plain old piece of glass and therefore more likely that the camera itself is now damaged? I did notice that the camera itself behind the glass screen moves a little bit when it's touched carefully. I guess it's supposed to do that.
