Software Repair Assistant

Has does anyone know if Software Repair Assistant from Verizon will render my phone unrootable? I'm on OE2 and I can't use voice and data simultaneously. Tech support said all my settings on their side look fine. So they advised clearing the cache partition, which I did, but still no voice and data. I just want to make sure that once I use this program, that I will be able to root again.

So you have VoLTE turned on in settings>connection>mobile networks>mobile data

As far as that program, no clue, never used it nor heard of it.
