Phone has static, ow can I fix it?

Phone has static

Every time I listen to music or videos, without my ear buds, everything comes out with static. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have a galaxy s6, and I have had it less than a 3 weeks.

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried a different pair of headphones?

Does the static only occur through the main speaker? Are you saying there's no static when using earbuds? What about Bluetooth headphones or a Bluetooth speaker? If all of that sounds good, then it's possible that your main speaker is defective. Bring the phone back to the store to see if they can replace the phone. Otherwise, contact the manufacturer for warranty repair.
