How can I get into my S6 if my fingerprint and password isn't being accepted?

been locked out of my galaxy 6 cant use finger print and wont let me use password what can I do how do I reset my phone if I can not open it ????

It may be best to contact Samsung in that case, unless you can access via Android Device Manager on a PC or laptop.
