Black, blue , and pink on screen in upper left hand corner. How can I fix this?

Black, blue , and pink on screen in upper left hand corner

I had my phone on the fast charger and when i went to unplug it, i noticed a band of black, blue and pink had began to form in the upper left hand corner of my phone. I haven't had the samsung s6 long , so i am not sure what to do. At&t claims it is liquid damaged, but it has been in a otterbox case. Any help would be much appreciated!

Call Samsung, they might be of more help than att.
How did they come up with water damage?
Do you have any insurance on the phone?

Since the GS6 is a sealed device, I'd also be curious as to how the determined it was water damage.
