Why doesn't my S6 doesnt connect automatically to my 2010 toyota camry?

I have a galaxy S6 and I paired it to my my car stereo (2010 Toyota Camry hybrid) but it won't automatically connect everytime I get in the car, I have to do all the steps over again everytime I get out of my car or turn off the engine. My daughter has the same phone and everytime she gets in to the car it connects automatically to her phone. I took her phone off thinking it set hers somehow as the primary user but it didn't help my phone connect when it was the only phone in the stereo.
