Photos from my S6, can I choose the photos to download or do I have to download all of them?

Whenever I download photos, it downloads all of them from my phone. I only need to download a few new ones. Also, unless I move the screen down when it is downloading, it stops on the screen.

What software or app do you use for downloading ?

If you have a PC connect to it using the USB cable. Pull down notifications on the phone and select "connect as a media device". On the PC select "open device to view files using Windows Explorer". On the PC open Phone>Camera and copy/paste whatever you want using Explorer.

You should be able to do the same type of thing on a Mac, maybe someone can show the steps for that.
