No, you do not -- the receiver cards are intended to add wireless charging capability to older models without native support, like the Galaxy S5 and Note 4. In this picture you can see how the card affixes to the internal battery, and requires a phone with a removable back in order to install it.

The S6 supports wireless charging out of the box, so you're already set. I would just add that, unless you're already committed to the Tylt model, there are many other wireless charging pads out there that will work just fine for less money.
