Locked out of S6, how can I get back in?

Locked out of S6

Hi .My S6 was not recognising my finger print and for some reason was not accepting my google account password. I had to reset and now it's asking for a samsung account password, which when I enter is telling processing failed. How do I get back the use of my S6????.

Welcome to Android Central! I believe that's a Samsung antitheft feature, much like Google's own Factory Reset Protection feature that requires you to enter the Google account information of the account that was on the phone when you reset it. In this case, you'd have to enter your Samsung account information. Are you certain you're entering the correct information?
