Galaxy S6 display black

[AC Question]

My Galaxy s6 (international version unlocked) display is black. The phone itself is working normally but the display is not showing anything. I even tried to press the power+volume up/down but nothing happened. The phone was never dropped. It happened on a cold morning. Sometimes when I pressed a button the screen would just flicker. It's been like this for over a week and the phone screen is still black even when a put it somewhere warm. Do you think the black display had anything to do with the environment being cold? Thanks.

I doubt it. It will need repair of some sort I should imagine.

I would try to do a force restart
