S6 frequent crash/shutdowns

I have had my SGS6 since June 2015 and it worked perfectly till last week or so (early March 2016).
Now however, it keeps shutdown all the time. Mostly when it is in my pocket, but not exclusively. I have seen it shutdown spontaneously under my eyes shortly after I remove it from my trousers pocket.

Any idea what might be happening?
Any known cure?
How do I go about checking logs to help me understand the cause of those crashes? Where should I look?

I have the same problem, since the update to 6.0.1, I have reboots, app crashes all the time, phone freezes while starting up.
I already did a factory reset, no result.
It worked perfectly under 5.1.1
