S6 Brightness Issue

I have power saving turned off and the check box for Auto dimming is also off. I have brightness turned all the way up. If I go outside, lately (over last 2-3 weeks), my screen will dim sometimes. It used to be, that I could see the screen fine in broad daylight, but now it seems like it's auto-dimming and sometimes I can't even force it back up.

Anyone else with this issue?
