Service was working fine, now it says no service?

Service was working fine, now it says no service

I just now got a new tmobile galaxy s6. Given to me by a friend.
I currently have a metro pcs HTC phone which also powered by tmobile.
I switched the sim from the HTC to the galaxy and it worked!..
Minutes later now it says "no service"
Should I wait to continue to look for service or take the sim out?

try taking the sim out and putting it back in again, if this doesn't work call your service provider.
