Locked out of my phone, need PIN # to open.

I have a Galaxy s6 and I am locked out of it, I received a message when I tried to use my phone, but the message at that time said it was locked because I had not used the device in over 24 hours. Now the message I received said I needed to enter a PIN #. I have tried several times and now it says to wait 1 hour before trying again. It is very important that am able to use my phone for my businesses. Please Help me.....
