WiFi & data calls (Skype & Whatsapp) Cut off after 1 second

When trying to make calls to my family and friends abroad via Whatsapp or Skype the call cuts off after 1 second. It says no internet connection, and tries to reconnect. I've tested the internet connection and I am able to use Skype via my PC laptop, so the problem is definitely my phone. I have a Samsung S6 running Marshmallow. Thank you.

It happens when Power Saving is enabled. Problem solved when you disable Power Saving.
