S6.I can't charge battery 100%.only charge 85%.what is a problem?

Welcome to Android Central! How long are you leaving the phone charging on a wall outlet? If it's been overnight, is it still at 85%?

Try recalibrating the battery sensor software by charging up as high as it will go, then use it normally until the phone shuts down from low battery. Then charge up again--does it reach 100% now?
