My Galaxy S 6 vibrates 6 times when powering it on

I have gone into settings app manager and turned of notifications on all the apps in the phone, but still get this anoying vibrating problemis ther a way to turn this vibrations off

Welcome to Android Central! Are those vibrations only occurring during the bootup process, or do they occur once the homescreen has shown up?

If they only happen during boot-up, the phone could be wet inside. (Waterproof phones aren't immune to condensation, which will destroy a phone almost as quickly as a dunk in the ocean. And your phone isn't waterproof.)

Make sure the vibration function is off in the volume settings (the phone is in silent mode ) and it should not vibrate...
