Account Action Required

I have on notification for my Google account saying Account Action Required. When I tap the notification, a box pops up that says "Unfortunately Google Play Services has stopped." I am not able to open any of my Google Apps. Galaxy S6. Please help!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Give it about 15-30 minutes. Google Play Services might be in the middle of auto-updating.
