Microphone

Hi, I have recently chose to perform a quick encryption on my Galaxy 6S and after doing so...lost access to my game; COK. I then proceeded to go back to factory defaults....So now I have a mess...COK still will not open, and I now have no microphone on the keyboard....Can anyone help me please...tku

What is the game doing when you try to open it?

Long press the "setting key" or " smiley face key" to pull the option for talk to text.
