First, I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 through Sprint in the USA.
I began getting "Unfortunately Internet has stopped" messages. I ignored it because I use Chrome.
Then I began to get other "unfortunately_______has stopped" messages such as "Samsung DM Service", and "system update", and "com.samsung.syncservice".
So I backed up my data, photos, etc, and decided to do a factory reset. When I chose the reset function in the settings menu, it went to the "hard reset" screen. I found it odd that it didn't go to the more user-friendly version in the OS, but went with it and reset the phone.
Now, I get to the EULA page, click accept, and it won't continue. It only displays the same "DM Service", "com.samsung.syncservice", and "Internet" messages. When I tap "OK" on these, they disappear, but come back when I agree to the EULA. I cannot get into the OS to manage these services/processes due to this problem.
PLEASE HELP!!!!
