Galaxy S6 with a black screen

I was on my phone and locked the screen and placed it in my pocket some time within the next 30 minutes my phone black screened. It still had a blue flashing light. For approximately 5 hours i tried everything i could find online to fix it. I had given up. about 30 minutes later i looked at my phone and it was still the same but after staring at it for about a minute the blue notification LED that had been flashing stopped. My phone will still not reboot no matter what combination i try. Also it does not show that it is charging when i plug it in to my samsung charger that it came with. Is there anything else i can do or should i give up and accept that my phone is now a paperweight and i have lost all my contacts, photos, videos, messages, and documents i had stored on it.

Try to call to your cellphone, maybe will appear in screen that green screen with a number calling.
If appears, press the center button to see your apps and others, and offcourse restart your cellphone.
