Why did my Bluetooth disappear?

Since the Nougat update one month ago my Samsung galaxy 6 has no Bluetooth at all and no longer has sound for videos. In fact Nougat virtually destroyed my cell phone. I had to take it back to factory settings. I did all recommended resets but still have no Bluetooth at all. When will a correction for this be ready? My phone is currently worthless.

Not sure about the bluetooth, but you can read my Advanced Volume Sliders guide for your sound troubles. There's a note regarding bluetooth volume specifically.
