I have had my S7 Edge for a week now and all was fine until I started to customise it.
Shortly after installing the Google Now Launcher, I noticed that I needed to do a couple of extra steps to unlock the phone.
From the always on locked screen
1 press power/home button - screen and button lights switch off.
2 Press home button. - screen switches on with unlock dialogue.
3 Swipe finger print/pin number
4 Swipe up to unlock
Previously only steps 2 and 3 were required.
I swapped back to the original TouchWiz Launcher, but I still needed all 4 steps to unlock. In desperation, I restored the phone back to factory default.
Everything was fine until I decided to try Microsoft's arrow Launcher. I now have the two additional steps to unlock my phone, again!
Has anyone else had this trouble?
Is there a way to fix it without restoring me phone?
