Visit site
Go to Settings > Device > Applications > Default applications and make sure under "Home Screen" it says Nova Launcher. If not, tap "Home Screen" and choose Nova Launcher from the list. If it already says Nova Launcher, try cycling to Touchwiz home and pressing the home key to take you to your touchwiz home screen. Then navigate back to the default applications and set nova launcher back to default. Hopefully one of these two options will help you, I haven't had any issues with Nova Launcher myself and upgraded to the premium version because I enjoyed it so much.
