Why is my galaxy s7 edge home button not working properly

[AC Question]

So I got my gs7 edge about 3 weeks ago and I have started to notice that the home button is starting to have some problems, the left and right sides (mainly the left) need to be pressed harder than usual to activate,I would say I give it an average use, I have not dropped it yet, it has had a case and a screen protector since day one, so I am wondering if this is a common issue or if its just my unit
