Hi guys, I want to use the "palm mode" options which aloud me to mute phone calls simply moving my hand over the screen but it doesn't work. What is the problem?

I don't know what your language's version says, but the English version says to place your hand on the screen or turn the phone over (face-down on a table), which is different than waving your hand over it. Basically, you need to cover the sensor.

Did you hold your hand over the sensor?
Yes, but it didn't worked.

It says the same thing, I tried both moving the hand and place it on the screen, but nothing.

This morning i did few tries and i saw that if i lay my hand touching the sensors it works sometimes, but if i only put my hands on it without touching the sensors, it doesn't work. Very strange, i really don't understand what could be.

Is it possible that the phone would need to be stationary for this to work, like sitting flat on a table or desk instead of the couch or in your lap...??

Yes, it has to be layed, i tried when it is on the table. But i noticed that if i literally put my hand touching it, it does works, but if i keep my hand over it, so it doesn't work. Strange.
