Galaxy s7 Edge Has a life of its Own

Hi guys

Wanted some advice, my S7 edge will every few days start typing on its own in whatts app and will flicker between screens, apps will move on their on and Its as if I dont have control over the phone.

What could the problem be?

A similar issue has been posted before of various forums. Seems that poor quality screen protectors are causing ghost touches on the Edge, to the point that some phones become unusable. Do you have a screen protector?

Second option do a factory reset.

Have you installed any apps latetly.

My phone did similar to this and I had to get a replacement device

My phone was doing the same thing. Thanks chanchan05. I removed the screen protector and my problem was resolved.

My S7 edge just started doing this also. Acts like it has a mind of its own.goes between screens on its own opens up stuff at random. Push's buttons on its own. And no i have no recent apps i installed. Spent most of 3 hrs on the ph with verizon tech. Did 2 hard resets and it still does it. Solution they are sending me a new ph. But i did have 2 major updates 2 weeks in a row and i am thinking the second update is what did this. Not real sure though.
