I have a Galaxy S7 Edge, all of a sudden, it starts having a fit. What could it be?

I have a Galaxy S7 Edge, all of a sudden, it starts having a fit

The Apps start shaking from side to side, some of the apps move around from home screen and I am unable to control the device. If i leave it for a while it settles down, only to do it again... Samsung just did a security update today, which I have accepted and I am hoping this is going to fix this... Any thoughts?

Wich country are you in? And what carrier? My s7 edge got a security uodate on the first of july.
