SM-G935T + MetroPCS = no LTE or data connection at random, have to toggle airplane mode?

I'm trying to figure out if its my s7 edge or not.. me and my wife have two new ones.. mine being sealed, new, hers being unlocked mostly new or should be new. To my knowledge, thus far she hasnt had this issue..

Mine has it..

We are on MetroPCS..

Case examples.. i'm on company wifi.. i leave.. i look, no data, no lte/4g symbol.. toggle airplane mode.. fixed.

Another case.. I'm NOT on wifi, but i went from one location to down the road, still had the LTE symbol, but no connectivity.. toggle airplane mode.. fixed.

I've already checked, i'm using the standard tmobile APN settings on my phone (fast.t-mobiile.com etc), had also recently set the apn's back to default too.

I think toggling airplane is like rebooting the sim.

Just wondering if anyone has ran into this.. what possible fixes?

This might be a silly question but are both of your devices, or at least yours, activated with MetroPCS?

Does this just happen with LTE or do you get Edge?

Yep both activated now for weeks.. no edge, just no data period.. toggling airplane fixes it. Annoying but it works
