Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge - Female voice says "Please disconnect charger"

My Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is usually on vibrate or silent, but when I turn the ringer on, I randomly get a female voice that says "Please disconnect the charger". But my charger is NOT plugged in. I first thought it was just a notification, but I can't seem to find an app or notification that it is aligned to.

Please help. I want to remove this voice from my phone.
