Samsung S7 Edge from Verizon used with Metropcs

I have a Samsung S7 Edge from Verizon but I use it with Metropcs
My problem is, when someone sends me a text msg with an attachment, the attachment shows as downloading but it never downloads and the display continues to show Downloading.

Has anyone experience this problem and if so, were you able to resolve it? How did you resolve it?
Metropcs says it is Verizon problem
Verizon says it is Metropcs problem

It's likely an issue with carrier and device support. Because the device is designed to be used on Verizon, not all features may be available if used on another network. Since MMS is sent via data, it could be that the device does not support the data bands provided by Metro.

Just to be safe, make sure you have the proper APNs. MetroPCS should be able to help you with that since it's their network.
