I've already tried the accessibility/service thing, but this phone doesn't have the options they have I guess?? Anyone know how to fix this?

Briefly: 1. Make sure TalkBack is not Disabled (in the App Manager). 2. Go to Settings>Accessibility, and turn Switch Access on. No idea why this works, but it does!
