What is wrong with my Galaxy S7 Edge battery?

[AC Question]

I'm not sure what has caused this but recently my battery won't even last 5-6 hours. My phone will barely charge when plugged in and if I use it while plugged in it STILL DRAINS BATTERY?

I've tried disabling bloatware packages with PDP. I've tried completely factory resetting my phone and it still didn't solve it. What's up? Is my battery shot?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you plugging it into a wall outlet or a computer USB port? Make sure it's a wall outlet. Have you also tried different charging cables/plugs?
