My apps uninstall then reinstall?

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and after upgrading to Nougat, whenever I install an app, it will install, then uninstall it, then reinstall it. When I then uninstall any app, play store tells me "this app was not installed by Google play store, do you still want to uninstall it" when in fact it was installed from play store. It seems I'm installing apps from play store but they're being uninstalled straight away and then being reinstalled but not from play store. What can I do to resolve this issue?
