What OS will be on the Galaxy S7?

hopefully, but I certainly wouldn't count on it. carriers are often the issue, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. I will say though that 6.0 has probably been Android's most successful OS at launch, so I wouldn't be all that concerned with updates on the S7.

True but they were better at it in 2015. Not too long ago Samsung didn't even update their phones once.

I really wish Samsung would follow the Moto route and make one model that works on all carriers, then you don't have the BS about waiting on the carrier for updates.
