Who has the best offer for the Galaxy S7?

I'm specifically interested in Verizon. Looks like xfinity has the best IMO:

Xfinity: $200 VISA gift card with the purchase of an S7/S7 Edge.
Target: Gear VR, $100 Target GC
BestBuy: Gear VR, $50 VR Content Credit, 64gb Micro SD
Costco: Gear VR, 64gb Micro SD, $50 Costco GC, Portable battery charger
Walmart: Gear VR, 6 VR Games

For me, T-Mobile's offer is perfect.

Gear VR (with 6 games) and a year subscription of Netflix.

I'm cutting cable next month so the free Netflix was a no-brainer for me

Netflix = $8/mo * 12 mos = $96 value. Not bad. I suppose carrier plays a lot into the decision here.

Target offer also includes the $50 VR content/games. So it is $100 additional GC. If you don't have Verizon as the service provider, it seems it is the best deal. I think Verizon offers $100 credit toward the bill. Anyone has pre ordered S7/S7E from Target? I wonder how the experience will be with pre ordering a phone at Target.
