What do i do after accidentally pressing 'reset app preferences'?

Accidentally pressed 'reset app preferences' in the application manager settings and it looks really weird now. Cannot find any setting in the whole list to revert this change and get the old display homescreen and app list back- what can i do? Thanks!!
 
Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? You can't revert back--you just have to set things back up manually. Resetting app preferences shouldn't change the homescreen, unless you were using some sort of Easy Mode. It usually just affects what you've set up as default apps to complete certain actions, as well as re-enabling any apps you may have disabled.

It's an S7 and it looks like this now - i have no idea how to manually set it back to the conventional display as below, please help :'(

I changed back to standard mode yesterday but nothing would change - now that I've tried again today it miraculously works haha thanks so much!!

Is there anything i can do to get back the old formation
 
Hi there! I accidentaly pressed the reset app references and then when I download or update a certain app I need I usually don't need permission and I dont know how to fix it
 
Hi im using vivo v5s and i accidentaly click reset app pref. Now everytime i connect to any wifi may apps wont work like youtube google etc.pls help
