I find the battery life on my phone is subpar. I wouldn't say it drains drastically, but starting with 96% battery at 7:00 AM, I'm down to 60% battery around noon with little usage. That doesn't sound right to me. I've included a screenshot of the battery usage. 25% seems a bit high just for cell stand by, no?
In hopes to improve battery life, I've tried the following actions:
- deleted Facebook app and only use mobile site
- always on display is off
- screen time out is 30 seconds
- limited background data to the majority of apps
-black/dark backgrounds on home wallpaper and lock screen
I should mention that I use the free version of Nova Launcher and the Echo Lockscreen, however, I do not think they are the case.
