S7 Apps installed on SD?

I have seen several sites saying you can move apps to the SD card like How to move apps to the microSD card on your Galaxy S7, S7 Edge - CNET But on my phone I don't have the change button displayed in the page. Am I missing something or is there a setting I am unaware of?

It depends on the app. Some can be moved, some can't. If you don't see the "change" option, it can't be moved to the SD card.

Go to Application Manager. You'll have to check one by one each app whether its data can be stored on the external card: Click Storage. If you see the words "internal storage" you can change it to external. Otherwise you can't.
The trick here is that when the change box comes up, depending on your color scheme, there may be a black stripe at the bottom that is obscuring your view of the move command (that is in dark colored font). Just tap on the right side of that bottom black stripe and the data's move to your sd card will happen and you'll be notified that it's completed.
